A Kebaya is a traditional blouse-dress combination worn by women in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Burma, Singapore, southern Thailand and some parts of Cambodia. It sometimes made from sheer material and usually worn with a sarong or batik kain panjang, or other traditional woven garment such as ikat, songket with a colorful motif.
One of the first few shots we took that evening with the lovely Dana Safia. What an incredible space. Was experimenting with some new lights that worked quite well for this. CommunicAsia is the largest IT and telecom trade show in Asia. It is held in June each year at the Singapore Expo center. Hundreds of companies from all over the world participate.
Model: Vonny www. Experimenting with color processing here, pushing the blue and pink of the light sources but keeping it close to the in-camera processing of the original shot. Thought we'd try a new area at ozgfk recommendation and there were so many perfect spots to shoot. Shame that a massive lightning storm hit near the end, but we got a great set from the evening.
Will be sharing more soon I brought my funky light set, we drank some beer, and took some fun shots. When I did this shot with Diana to test the space, she fit neatly onto that seat. I did not realize how tall Jackie is, so I could not do the same pose without really moving the furniture.
