Went to Butchers with a friend on a Friday night. After a long drive all the way from the What a nice place! Rustic design, and really nice cocktails to a great price and after midnight the After waiting in line for at least 40 mins, my group of all girl friends were told that we couldn't get in because the other bouncer decided not to let us in without reason. This club is highly sexist and racist.
They are absolutely not worth giving your money to. They will tell you you have to buy a bottle or a table to get in if they don't think you're attractive enough.
Go literally anywhere else in the area. After a long drive all the way from the Netherlands we had find a place to relax, get a drink and found out the place to be was Butchers. Went there Had an amazing party! Drinks were quite expensive but that's everywhere in Kopenhagen. They would not let me collect my coat at the end of the night and now have effectively stolen it. Spent everyday of my holiday in Copenhagen trying to contact them to get it back but received very little response and the staff were extremely unhelpful.
I returned home last night without a coat, still with no response from the staff. The club itself is very average and is aimed at a young crowd year olds , wish we avoided it. Don't you ever try the long island icetea. They measure everything and it still just tastes like warm coke with a bit of rum!
Yuk And the glasses are small pff. I was staying in Copenhagen for a weekend with my friends and we went to butchers on the thursday and had a great night - spent a lot of money. Unfortunately when we went back the following evening we were refused entry because apparently the one non white person in our group had an 'offensive haircut'. When pushed as to whether the actual reason was because he was Asian, we were just physically pushed from the queue. Our request for the doorman to get management went ignored.
