Meals: breakfast How to get there Ilulissat is located on Greenland's west coast, about kilometres north of the capital, Nuuk. There are two possible ways to get to Ilulissat from London: the first is to fly from London to Copenhagen, Copenhagen to Kangerlussuaq, and Kangerlussuaq to Ilulissat.
We recommend this option for your outbound flight. The other option is to fly from London to Keflavik Airport, then stay overnight and fly from Reykjavik Airport to Ilulissat the following morning. Please note that Keflavik and Reykjavik are two different airports in Reykjavik. The flight to Ilulissat will be on Air Iceland Connect; this is the only non-Greenlandic airport which has direct flights to Ilulissat, operating twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
